I have been using the these software for quite some time now and it’s always interesting to see some like of visual audio activities while the music is playing. Replacing the badly bloated battery on my Teclast X98 Air 3G dual boot tablet.

Recently, my trusty x98 tablet have been behaving very badly when it is running on its batteries. It will run out of power even when the remaining power level reading on Windows 10 shows that it has about 90% charge left. The tablet has also lost the ability to power on from its battery. It needs to be connected to the USB power supply in order to power on and boot to Windows/Android. After a few months of “poor battery” performance, I noticed that the colour in the center of the LCD display has started to “discoloured”. Then one day, when the tablet (with the screen facing up) is placed on the table, it seems to be able to spin slightly. At this point, I kind of know that the battery has bloated inside the tablet. This is not good. So, I took my tools and pry open the back cover. True enough the battery is badly bloated. How to extract or demux audio or video from a mp4 file using VLC player

If you need to separate/demux the audio, video or both of the components without re-encoding from a mp4 file, here is a simple way to do it using the VLC player open source software (Download VLC from their official website: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html ). In this example, I will be using the VLC version 3.0.1 64 bit windows version of the VLC player to perform the extraction/demux. I believe you do not need to have the same exact version in order to do this. I have tested this method using an older 2.2.4 32bit windows version and it worked fine. The following example are for audio extraction. For video extraction, it should be somewhat similar. In order to extract the original format out from the mp4, the first step is to identify what are the individual stream made of. Adding a WiFi adapter or dongle to your Windows Server 2019 server

This is useful when RJ45 ethernet connection is not available or when the network switch does not have any more spare ports to connect to. But getting WiFi ability enabled on Windows Server requires a little bit more work. First, I purchased an inexpensive USB WiFi adapter/dongle. This is an USB 2.0 802.11AC WiFi adapter/dongle. This thing is really small. Here’s a size comparison against a AA battery As this WiFi adapter uses the Realtek RTL8811AU chipset, the next step for me is to look for the driver on Realtek’s website. It did come with a driver CD, but I thought it would be better to install the latest driver from the website. There’s no driver specifically for Windows Server OS, however, there is a workaround. (Note: this WiFi adapter will work in a Windows 10 without additional driver installation).
